About Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams
Cinnamon Life, developed by John Keells Holdings and designed with the engineer and designer Cecil Balmond, is an integrated resort on the edge of Beira Lake in central Colombo. It includes the 687-room Cinnamon Life hotel and the smaller Nuwa hotel, apartments in a residential tower and a suites tower, an office tower, a shopping mall, restaurants and event space; the casino is run by Melco as City of Dreams Sri Lanka. Construction began in 2014; the resort opened to the public on 2 August 2025.
