The Grand is a residential tower by Prime Group at 64 Ward Place, in the leafy, sought-after Colombo 7 district, which the developer describes as the first and only high-rise there. The tower has two wings designed so that no apartment overlooks another, with two- and three-bedroom apartments, suites and duplex penthouses, and more than 50,000 sq ft of recreation space over three levels. Prime Group announced the completion of the project in early 2024.
