About The A9 road and Vavuniya
The A9 is the main road to the north, running from Kandy through Dambulla, Anuradhapura’s region and Vavuniya to Jaffna. Vavuniya, roughly halfway from the Cultural Triangle, is a practical stop for a meal or a night. A car with driver from the Cultural Triangle is the easiest way to travel.
