About Nihonbashi

Before Ministry of Crab there was Nihonbashi, the Japanese restaurant where Dharshan Munidasa made his name. The cooking follows Japanese technique, sushi, sashimi, tempura and set menus, but uses the fish and seafood of Sri Lankan waters. It is a refined, quiet choice for a special dinner near Galle Face.
