About Nainativu

Nainativu is a small island reached by a short ferry ride from Kurikadduwan jetty. It is sacred to two faiths: the Nagapooshani Amman Kovil is an important Hindu temple, and the Nagadeepa Vihara is revered by Buddhists. Dress modestly and remove your shoes at both.

Why it's on our list
